Architectural and Landscaping
The Architectural Review Committee and the Landscaping Committe are residents that have volunteered to meet, as a group, and evaluate projects submitted by the homeowners. The committees are authorized and empowered by the bylaws and covenants to perform this duty on behalf of all homeowners in order to maintain a uniform appearance and to ensure adherence to the covenants. The committees also periodically do a neighborhood review along with a representative from our management company.

Complete and submit an Architectural or Lancscape Review Request
form and a copy of your surveyor's plot diagramming what you want to do. Mail or fax the completed form to the supplied location. Your response should take between 5 and 10 business days if there are no problems. If you disagree with the ARC decision you may bring it before the HOA Board of Directors.
